Demonstration forms
The callback forms in the basket and on the contact and wholesale pages are demonstrations. Names and phone numbers entered in them are not sent to our server, stored in our database or used for marketing. They are held in the page while you use the form and cleared when you complete it or leave the page. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information.
The success message confirms only that the on-screen demonstration has completed. It does not confirm receipt of a callback request or acceptance of an order.
Basket storage
We use browser session storage under the key goode-bag to remember product identifiers, requested sizes and quantities as you browse. It does not contain the name or phone number entered in a callback form. You can remove items through the bag or clear this website’s storage in your browser. Session storage normally ends when the relevant tab or browsing session closes; browser session restore may retain it.
Technical information and hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare and the website hosting platform. As part of delivering and securing web requests, hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, security events and server error logs. These are operational records and may be processed under our legitimate interests in providing a secure, reliable website.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, appropriate contractual safeguards and lawful transfer arrangements must be used. This preview does not add advertising pixels, audience measurement scripts or marketing analytics.
How long information is kept
Form entries are not retained by us through this preview. Basket contents remain in the browser session as described above. Operational records are subject to hosting-provider retention and security arrangements; we have not configured an additional customer database or mailing list.
If you write to the company by post, we may retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
