Confirm the written product specification and any important visual details before a real purchase.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. They are indicative preview prices and do not include a promise of stock or delivery. Tax treatment, delivery charges, availability, sizing, measurements, any personalisation and the full payable total must be confirmed before a future purchase is accepted. A price display is an invitation to enquire, not acceptance of an order.
Future orders and delivery
Before live trading begins, the company will provide working contact details, confirmed payment and delivery arrangements, and complete terms of sale. Any binding order must be accepted expressly by the company through the enabled ordering process or a written agreement. Do not send money in response to this demonstration callback form.
Made-to-order production timing and bespoke measurements need individual confirmation. Choosing a requested size in the bag does not guarantee that size is in stock.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For future eligible distance sales of standard goods, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Genuinely personalised or custom-made goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation; a made-to-order label alone does not automatically establish an exemption.
Rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose remain applicable. Full cancellation instructions, return arrangements and any lawful return costs must be provided before a live consumer purchase. See UK government guidance on returns and refunds.
Wholesale and business purchases
The wholesale page invites businesses to discuss supply. No minimum order, credit facility, exclusivity, delivery promise or trade discount is granted by this website. Wholesale orders require an agreed written quotation and business supply terms covering quantities, prices, payment and delivery.

Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or copy materials in a way that infringes applicable rights. Product names, photographs, brand names and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by the company, suppliers or other rights holders.
